My mission is to support you as you transform into your healthiest self, through small, integrity-driven habits that align with your soul.
I love enjoying experiences and being in the present moment. I let my senses guide me to what my most desired state might be, whether it’s adrenaline pumping or challenging or exploring or just chilling at home. I’ve swam across the bay from Alcatraz, jumped out of a plane, and lived all over the world. Other times I love being comfy and warm so I do yoga, watch movies, read and draw alone with music and nice ambiance. I find this duality within me hilarious at times, I suppose that’s how I’m truly a Gemini. And this is what makes me a great coach! I value the creation of experiences, whether that be visual or experiential. And what makes this all so great is that I get you! I understand that you have dualities too. That’s why one day you can stick fast to your positive habits and the next you’re drowning in negative self talk. I understand that we all are fluid and I honor where you are now, in this very moment. Whatever comes up for you is safe in this space that we create together.

After I went through my own transformational journey of realizing I wasn’t happy in my job and healing myself with my lifestyle, I decided I wanted to help others. I had always been interested in health and cooking. I am so passionate about whole foods and the incredible importance they have for our quality of life, that I feel this desire to help others eat this way effortlessly and easily through small habit changes.
