Carvana was... an experience of a lifetime and a challenging one at that! Much of my skills I learned at Carvana, on the job. Collaboration, UX learning, process experimentation and communication were all things I learned at my 5 years here. It was amazing to be part of a small team and then see it grow to over 700 employees while I was there. Being a huge part of this growth and helping to establish this brand was an honor.
Process was incredibly important to communicate the design to the executive leadership team and to incorporate the engineers as decisions were made. Experimenting with several options with wireframes at the beginning stages of a project was incredibly important. This sampling of work shows the process I incorporated.
